gde33 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the gde33 platform and all its services. gde33 is an online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

The gde33 platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years or older only. No person under the age of 21 may register on this platform or use any of its services.

To verify your age, gde33 may request the following documents at any time:

• Passport
• Driving License

Withdrawal processing may be suspended until verification is complete. If it is proven that a member registered with a false age, their account will be immediately closed and all earnings will be cancelled.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

• Wagering requirement: 25 times (deposit + bonus)

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be shared, transferred or converted to cash

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed for betting and gaming on gde33.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• If incorrect odds are given due to a technical error, gde33 reserves the right to cancel that bet
• gde33 will not be liable for internet connection interruptions; game results will be determined according to data stored on the server
• If a technical error occurs in any game, that round may be considered void

Sports Betting

• Bets may be withdrawn until the match starts (if the withdrawal option is active)
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded
• Odds changes in live betting are normal; the odds at the time of placing the bet are final

Casino Games

• All casino games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology
• The outcome of each game is completely independent and does not depend on previous results

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on gde33. If these rules are violated, the account will be closed and the balance will be forfeited:

8. Account Suspension and Closure

gde33 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy

Closure by the Member
